The FSAI, the SFPA, the Marine Institute and BIM, are holding a series of Shellfish Regional Meetings in 2015. The informal events are an opportunity for all those involved in the shellfish industry to learn more about the role of the Irish Shellfish Monitoring Programme and how it assists industry to ensure that live bivalve molluscs placed on the market meet the highest standards of food safety. Registration is at 1:00pm and talks start at 1:30pm. The meeting closes at 4:30pm.
